JAKE GYLLENHAAL AND ANNE HATHAWAY TAKE IT OFF

It seems that even the respectable actors in Hollywood are stooping to low levels these days to get any publicity they can for upcoming films, TV shows or albums. A film starring Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal titled 'Love and Other Drugs' would generate publicity on its own without the stars getting their kit off, but obviously the films publicist thinks otherwise.

Jake and Anne posed for three different versions of Entertainment Weekly's November 26 edition which covers their upcoming film and how they prepared for the film's sex scenes.
"I mean, I don't go to the beach in a bikini for a reason," Hathaway told Entertainment Weekly. "So I thought, 'Okay, I'm going to be in control. I'm going to do everything properly, disrobe at the last minute, and in between shots get the clothes back on.' But then I found that every time I put my robe back on, it rubbed all the body makeup off and that added 20 minutes to filming."

Hathaway told Fox411.com's Pop Tarts at the film's Hollywood premiere earlier this month, "It's racy – very racy. I keep asking people if it is too sexy for them. However it is just part of the job," "That being said, it is intensely mortifying taking your clothes off in front of other people, but it is also intensely mortifying doing a lot of things in front of people and I've learned how to deal with that."

So is there genuine chemistry between Gyllenhaal and Hathaway? They look pretty relaxed and comfortable in the shots.

"We're friends and we understand the process of acting, and as a result of that we felt comfortable, even when it was awkward, and we try to joke about it. I try to be as respectful as possible, and if you are respectful on the set it makes it as dirty as it can be onscreen." Gyllenhaal said.

Entertainment Weekly has revealed that 'Love and Other Drugs' is the sexiest movie of the year. The film is about Maggie, an alluring free spirit who won't let anyone - or anything - tie her down. But she meets her match in Jamie, whose relentless and nearly infallible charm serve him well with the ladies and in the cutthroat world of pharmaceutical sales. Maggie and Jamie's evolving relationship takes them both by surprise, as they find themselves under the influence of the ultimate drug: love.
