John Martin (Democratic Party) is running for election to the Maine House of Representatives to represent District 1. He is on the ballot in the Democratic primary on June 11, 2024.[source]

Martin (Democratic Party) was a member of the Maine House of Representatives, representing District 151. He assumed office on December 3, 2014. He left office on December 7, 2022.

Martin's career experience includes working as an assistant professor of political science and government at the University of Maine at Fort Kent. He served as the president of Ambulance Services, Inc. and as the treasurer of the Northern Maine General Hospital. Martin has been affiliated with the American Academy of Political Science and the New England Political Science Association.[1]
