TIPS : • It would be a good idea to carry some cash • Do not bring heavy backpacks • Wear comfortable clothes, shoes, and sunglasses • Wear a cap or a hat and a swimsuit • Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen • Bring a towel and an extra set of clothes • Your sunscreen lotion must be free of chemicals to be used in Xel Ha. If your sunscreen lotion contains any of the following ingredients it shall not be used within the park: benzophenone, etilhexil, homosalate, octyl methoxycinnamate, octyl salicylate, octinoxate, oxybenzone, butyl methoxydibenzoylmethane (sunscreen free of all these chemicals is sold at the park) • Bring a credit or debit card since the use of certain equipment requires a deposit or to pay for any other service not mentioned on the inclusions list • If you have any health or physical problem, if you are pregnant or have gone through surgery recently, please contact us before you make your reservation so we can provide you with advice on the matter
