Faye Wong chooses boyfriend over daughter?

7 Sep - In what can be described as a rarity, Faye Wong was reported to have been criticised for spending time with her boyfriend, Nicholas Tse.

As reported on Oriental Daily, back on 29 August, Nicholas reportedly left work in Beijing early in order to celebrate his birthday with his lady love, Faye Wong.

The songstress, who was also in Beijing at the time, reportedly met up with Nicholas at their shared home.

It was all cute and romantic if not for the fact that her daughter Li Yan was attending a fundraising event for her charity foundation, Smile Angel, that day - the charity she co-owned with ex-husband Li Yapeng.

Unforgiving netizens quickly blamed the singer for prioritising her boyfriend over her own daughter, while Faye's fans continued to defend her - saying that she has done a lot for the charity.
