Filipe Rebelo, Phill Bello artistic name, studied the fine arts variant in secondary school, during these years he had his first contact with various media such as charcoal drawing, graphic drawing, painting with gouache and watercolor, ending up opting for painting in oil as a final secondary project.
He then attended the Painting course at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Porto where he created his first works.
He did lithography and screen printing, painted ceramics and did various stencil work.
He held a collective exhibition in Porto with other students from the Faculty.
He moved to Lisbon where he worked as a graphic designer and illustrator.
Several private and collective exhibitions followed.
Currently he dedicates himself solely to painting, receiving orders from various personalities and companies.
