Julio Reis Pereira

Julio Reis Pereira (1902 - 1983) was active/lived in Portugal.  Julio Reis Pereira is known for Painting.

An expressionist painter with great artistic sensibility, he was also an illustrator and poet. Influenced by painters such as Matisse, Bonnard Chagall and Duffy, he stood out at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation "Exhibition of Plastic Arts" in 1957. The illustrator was the main artistic contributor to the famous magazine Presença, and under the pseudonym Saul Dias, he published some poetry books.
