    This was a replacement for an older Hera product. The old Halogen puck light. The new light is smaller in diameter than the older model. Unnecessary modification was needed. To keep a loyal customer base it would be helpful to keep in mind that some would like an easy way to upgrade without having to redrill or patch.

    If you buy the older design of Hafeles puck you will need to buy a piece e from the company that will make this light work. With out your electrician will need to hard wire and rig the lights. They will not be as simple as a plug in to the distribution block. Really bad that they do this and don’t supply or support this change at all!

    Ordered 5 puck lights that came with the lead. 2 days later my order was canceled because it was a discontinued model. Reached to them and they gave me the new model number to order. Unfortunatly these didn't come with the lead so then I had to order the leads separate. Then I come to find out these leads don't fit my transformers any more. Ended up splicing them together with some other leads I had. That said....it was not this cabinetparts companies fault as all the new models were at the hafele end of things. Cabinetparts reps were extremely helpful and very apologetic and. I certainly don't have a problem purchasing from them again. These puck lights are the updated models so your good to go. They're bright and hooked with a dimmer sensor created a nice atmosphere to my clients closet.

    Replacement part was a good fit except the door holes did not line up. The plastic anchor needed to be trimmed nearly flat and two new holes drilled to accept the hinge.
