If we have the products in stock, we will ship them once we receive your payment.
If we have to make the item, we will get started painting/making it once we receive your payment.
After completing the painting/products, we will contact you for your further review and confirmation.
Once it's done well with your confirmation, we will send it accordingly.

We typically opt for expedited shipping.
Delivery times range from 5 to 7 days.
Paintings are either rolled in tubes or packed in wooden crates for shipment.

Item ships from Vietnam.

Import duties and taxes:
Original paintings done by hand are not subject to import duties if sent to USA, Canada, EU, UK, and Australia. There may be import sales tax or VAT collected though.

In our experience, our customers in those areas have not been assessed any import taxes or duties.

We're not customs experts so please check with a shipping agent in your area to confirm. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs or taxes that may be incurred upon arrival.

General refund policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can either have the painting redone or we can issue you a full refund.

Refund policy for oversized items and certain artistic portraits:
Due to the effort and difficulty of these pieces, our store will refund 50% of the price excluding shipping if you are not satisfied with the final product. We will also refund 100% of the shipping fee.
