Beautiful retro cameras, dating from the 1920s to the 1960s. Choice of 7 styles, including box cameras & some with original cases and accessories. I'm very excited to have these gorgeous and fun items up for grabs. Vintage cameras are a bit of a passion of mine, but more for display than use... I have several around my home, hung on pegs and stacked on books.
This collection, along with a few others (different makes that I will post in a seperate listing) came to me from an ex-collector as working cameras, though he did say that some hadn't been used or tested for as much as a decade & as I am not in a position to test I am going to price them low; as decor cameras, even though they are likely to still be in working order.
I have opened and closed all the cameras to make sure film can be placed in each (see last two pictures for shot of camera rears and cameras open) and researched which film is needed for each camera- just in case you do want to give vintage photography a go (it is something I would love to try in the future!) and are looking for a certain film size (see details below).
Choosing your camera: Individual pictures are in the same order as the drop down options. The image should jump to the corresponding picture when a style is selected.

Old decor is beautiful, unique and offers a more environmentally sustainable way to shop.
The decor I find for my store is in excellent overall condition… but every piece is old, some very old, and they can often show signs of their age and history. These are pieces for people who, like me, want their decor to tell a story; to be a little bit special.
All the antique, vintage and retro treasures you find at Homeware by Betty are discovered by myself locally and left in their original condition (though I do give items a gentle clean, so they come to you ready to use/display!). All packaging used is either recycled, recyclable or both- not costing the environment is high priority here. I hope you are enjoying browsing through my etsy shop… if you’d like to follow me on Facebook or Instagram I would love that, you can find me @homewarebybetty
