using measurements we obtained from
the original "screen worn" hat that was on display for over a month at FIDM
(Fashion institute of design and merchandising)
in downtown los angeles and because of this we were able to study/measure
the exhibit.
and now we bring you a
replica tricorn that is
a very close facsimile for Jacks screen used original.
the veg tanned leather is very light..you can wear this hat all day
in complete comfort.

our hat also has a TRUE rounded top
and French decorative outer edge binding just like Jacks.

**The (X's) that tie up the sides are Waxed cording doubled up
just like the screen used..
IF for some reason you'd rather have them be Leather please let us know this at the Time Of purchase..
we can and will easily accommodate this deviance from the screen accurate look if you'd like.

***Notice there is NO inner Lining on the Inside, your Jack sparrow Bandana greatly reduces your wig from
getting caught on the inner Flaps.
BUT if you Want a "inner lining" we have that listed separately as an UPGRADE..

**** For Hat measurement take a tape measure,

wrap it around your head just above the eyebrows and ears.
it is best to measure while wearing any wig or bandana you will
normally use with this hat.
also PLEASE make sure to add atleast one finger
inside the measuring tape to make room for "EASEMENT"
