somewhat more musky for me in the first try. Canabis in here is more fresh and green than another canabis that we know. it make me remember Zoologist maccaque yuzu edition in the first 2 hour. Later is just Le Labo Another 13. Suit very well when u like both of them with good value price than.

Pretty generic, slightly ozonic green

The first time i smelled this I wasn't very impressed, I thought it was good, kinda green but a little dead to my nose. Then I read the concept on Parfumerie Particulière's website, and I decided to sniff it again. When I did I understood the work beheind this. This is a very structured green, it's not wild or vivid at all. There's this amazing contrast between this very green, and the cubic feel of it, almost like cement. It is based on Berlin, a very green city with lots of trees and gardens, but not in a messy way at all. I believe that this perfume replicates very well this landscape. It's like nature in a cage.
Not for me though. I like greens, but especially when they are wild, earthy.

The whole idea to smell a new perfume for me is to smell something... well... new.
So often, you can have the feeling to have smell this before...
In real life or in a another perfume.
But not with most of Parfumerie particulière's offerings.
Berlin(h)er is challenging in the best sense of the word.
To my nose, Berlin(h)er is aerial and green but it doesn't smell like nature.
It feels oceanic but without any water, if that makes sense.
Like an ancient herbal soda, like a 7up from the 19th Century.
There is a medicinal quality to it.
I MUCH prefer the drydown, softer than the crisp opening.
Do I want to wear it on a daily basis? No.
Do I want to smell once in a while to be transported in that weird forest? Oh yes!

The combination of green notes and hemp reminds me of 'Junky' from Jardins d' Ecrivains. As a German I always find it amusing what people elsewhere think about Berlin... Beautiful, fresh and long lasting scent, nevertheless.

A super experimental perfume. Kinda Berlin, as it existed in the year 2000 - ruins made of concrete with metal rods sticking out of the concrete blocks and all kinds of grass and young trees and every other type of plant starting to grow between them. A mineral (concrete) - metal - green fragrance that is unlike anything else. Really cool avant-garde creation.
