LUIGI COLANI

3 Mar-17 Jun 2007

Design Museum
London W8 6AG

Overview

Luigi Colani is one of the great mavericks of 20th Century design. With art school training and studies in aerodynamics, he began his career in the car industry. Colani developed his own baroque idiom of boldly sculptured forms from cars to aircraft, and then furniture and industrial objects.
