The 31-year-old model has been called every name under the sun as well as receiving death threats from the heartthrob's loyal fans.
"I'll kill that girl," on user wrote with a picture attached of a random girl holding a gun.
TMZ also reported that another tweeted: "Hi b***h I hate u. Touch Justin's d**k again and I'll kill u I'm not joking."
Lara – who is married to comedian David Walliams – was bombarded with menacing threats, one of which involved killing herself "with a cactus".
The remaining fans whose jealousy didn't rise to violence targeted her stunning looks.
One said: "I find Lara Stone really ugly."
While another added: "OK Justin is flawless but Lara Stone is ugly asf."
The photo shoot showed Justin putting his abs to good use wearing nothing but a pair of boxers.
Lara draped her slender figure over him as they posed seductively in the black and white edited photos.
