Best day out! - exelha was honestly such a great day, we snorkled and sore stingrays and all kinds of fish in the reefs, food and drinks all included throughout the day, we also paid extra for the seatrek, and for additional photos but worth every penny, I went with my girlfriend and her mum and partner. Beautiful scenery throughout, we went in caves a bike ride and tubing down a river.

Fantastic park - What a wonderful eco park!! The grotto was my favorite and almost no one was doing it. We did most of the free activities and ran out of time to do anything else. Everything was fun and we left tired and happy. Remember eco friendly bug spray! I didn't use it even though I had it and am covered in big bites.

We had a great time - It is the second time I go and this time it was better since my children are older, the park is excellent, I love it and I also decided to write the comment because I had a very good experience from a person from the Xel team. Ha, my son with autistic condition does not understand the risks very much and to make a long story short, he wanted to go on the 9 M slide. Thanks to this guard we were able to spend the rest of the day without mishaps or crises. I didn't ask her name but she was very empathetic with the situation I was having and I thank her very much. These are the types of people who should hire, be open to people, children, adults with different conditions. Thank you very much 🫂.

Xel Ha is a GUARANTEE of having an incredible time with your family - At Xel Ha it is a guarantee to have a good time as a family, we have come many times, so many that I no longer remember. Although for that reason there are things that I miss about Xelha from many years ago, there are others that surprise me and make me come back. What did I miss on this visit? I feel that the buffet has deteriorated, the flavor of the dishes, the service and the beautiful group that plays marimba did not play this visit. What did I love? The park in every sense, the beauty of every corner. This time we all bought the passport and we were on the adventure of stamping it in every station we could, in addition to swimming, taking many photos and living a beautiful day. Everything was excellent until at the end of the river circuit our daughter realized that she had lost her IWatch, but it was a day with a happy ending because the wonderful visitor service team (Alexandra Cárdenas and Erika) helped us and with the last location From the watch, which we saw from the FIND app, we were able to know where it could be and what do you think? I was in the river!!! It was a successful underwater search. We left HAPPY, with our hearts full of good family experiences and with a watch in hand. THANK YOU XEL HA!

Here is what I would like to have known before coming to Xel-ha - Our group is unanimous: Xel-Ha is the best park between Xcaret, Xel-Ha and Xplor which came to us as a surprise as it’s the cheapest park. The park offers a resonable variety of attractions while you can enhance with some paid ones. The park is very scenic and has large bodies of water to swim. Beware that Xel-ha is very water oriented so pick a hot day to go. The ticket includes a locker, fins, snorkel and all inclusive food and drinks. The all inclusive food is a great plus, it’s refreshing to know that you can get food and drinks at any time without having to pay, scan tickets or give vouchers, and the food is actually very good. The photo package is paid and it is expensive but in larger groups it’s worth, it includes the professional photographers clicks as well as the Xelfie points (don’t be fooled by the Xelfies spots, they are very high quality). Now, about footwear, I’ll paste from my Xcaret review: [Footwear] for me was really a challenge to figure out. Everyone recommended water shoes but as I probably would never use them again I wasn’t really compelled to get a pair. At the park I noticed that 25% of the guests used sandals (Teva/Chaco like), 25% Crocs, 35% water shoes, 5% flip flops, 5% slides and 5% birkens. I ended using an old crocs model (Crocs Swiftwater Sandal) and it worked well. If you don’t want to get a water shoe, Crocs or Tevas/Chacos are your best bet. Chose nice looking footwear as they will appear on many photos! Try them while wet, some crocs squeak loud when walking in them wet which is infuriating. Also try swimming with them, you will swim a lot and they must stay on. Avoid using any shoe that doesn’t have a heel strap, specially flip flops flops as the park isn’t flat and you will walk on them wet so it will come out of your feet, also, you will have to take them out to do some activities and strap on to you somewhere (hands or life vest) which may not only cause discomfort but won’t protect you against rocks while doing water activities, but if you are really used to it, and I mean walking on them for a full day even on rain, it’s manageable. Please be aware that Xel-ha has a bike section which I found relatively dangerous, specially to people with below average bike skills. By no means I’m against it, much on the contrary, I’m all in on green solutions to mobility but the patch where you ride has a lot of trees in the middle of the way and I mean A LOT - not in the sense of three or four during all the course but one each 10 meters. I myself saw a guest go face first on a tree. Doesn’t help that the bikes are single speed and don’t have hand breaks, you have to pedal against to break which most of us aren’t used to. If you are not great with bikes please skip it by using the provided train, you can board and drop it on the same spot as the bikes, you won’t lose anything I had a great time and if I come to Cancun/Playa/Tulum again I would probably return to Xel-ha.

Awesome day! - We had a great first time experience spending the day with our granddaughter and her friend. We snorkelled, biked, tubed through the mangroves, and enjoyed buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's not cheap but it was a great day to remember.

Great natural attraction park for kids - We came for a day trip with our 5 year old. - he enjoyed seeing the dolphins, parrots, iguanas, manatee - he snorkeled for the first time with the full face mask and fins and loved it! - he did the lighthouse slide multiple times. He was barely tall enough and the lifeguards were hesitant at first but he crushed jt. - he loved the kids park and sweet tree house and water slide/lily pads - he didnt do the zip line or cliff diving not tall enough and was too intense for him anyways - food was barely eatable but what else do you expect for all you can eat buffet. - service was outstanding the staff were all so nice and helpful - the park was clean and well taken care of. - they did a great job incorporating the surrounding beautiful nature. - parents highlight was swimming in the mangrove and snorkeling at the beginning of the river Worth checking out at least once!

Of the best - It is one of my favorite places, every time we visit the park my family and I have an incredible time, I still remember my first time when they were not as busy as they are today, one day is really not enough to be able to explore everything.

Various water activities - Less than 50 km from PDC, it took us about 45-50 minutes to arrive. It is basically a water park with various attractions and activities, some that require greater physical effort. Upon admission, they were asked to sign a form with information related to personal responsibilities such as health status, childcare, etc. Food and other services such as lockers and snorkeling equipment are included in the general admission. They also offer activities for a fee, but we don't hire any, much less those that include animals (I'm against that, no matter how well they treat them). The attractions were very good; the most demanding ones can be tiring. The viewing tower is impressive and the hammock plaza among palm trees is great for resting and relaxing. Lunch was very satisfying with a varied and fresh buffet. Days before we had gone to Xplor, we bought the ticket at the box office and there they offered us a discount if we jointly purchased the ticket for Xel-Há, being able to pay in cash or by card. By purchasing on the web well in advance, the rates are usually lower. Like the Xcaret park, it is very convenient to consult the map of attractions to organize them and make the most of your time.
