Sweet 16 Candy "Cake" -- made with styrofoam cake forms (bought at a local craft store), then taped paper to the sides of the forms, and topped it off by gluing candy to the paper. The lollipops, kisses, and Pixie sticks were the only candies not glued down. Cost was approx. 50-dollars for the forms, then approx. 20-dollars for the candy. It took approx. 4-hours to put it together, from start to finish. It was a HUGE hit!
