I had been looking forward to photographing the Badwater Basin in Death Valley intensively since I visited this place the first time last year. The structures in the salt pan are great and you find new interesting foregrounds, shapes and lines after every couple of steps. I was also lucky with the light and got some wonderful clouds that turned red after sunset. The red colour was reflected onto the white salt pans – a fantastic sight. You can be sure that you will se more photos of this landscape in the near future.
