The Grey’s Anatomy actor, 57, has long been considered one of Hollywood’s hottest men, and now he joins fellow hunks Brad Pitt, Chris Evans, Michael B. Jordan, and George Clooney, who have all held the title in the past.
“I’m glad it’s happening at this point in my life,” he told People. “It’s nice to have the recognition, and certainly my ego takes a little bump, but it gives me the platform to use it for something positive.”

Jillian Dempsey is a renowned make-up artist who works with a roster of A-list clients.
She’s behind two make-up brands
The entrepreneur has founded two make-up brands. The first was called Delux Beauty, then she launched an improved namesake brand in 2014, according to People.
“With my first brand Delux Beauty, I couldn’t afford to do anything that was natural. The cost of goods would have been too high,” she explained to Beauty Independent in 2021. “I wanted to make my current brand cruelty-free and vegan, utilising natural and organic materials where I could find ingredients and making it really easy to use.”

She surrounds herself with animals
Jillian is clearly an animal-lover. In 2014, she told The Cut that her favourite smell was the scent of her farm animals, before going on to explain that she had 14 pets. “I have 14 animals … Two donkeys [Mable and Styx], my pig [Hank], three goats [Larry, Moe, and Juliette], four roosters, a tortoise [Clover], three rabbits, along with three dogs at home and four lizards,” she told the publication.
How did she meet Patrick Dempsey?
Patrick and Jillian Dempsey’s love story could be taken out of the pages of a romance novel.
Per British media, they met for the first time when the Enchanted actor arrived at Jillian’s hair salon for an appointment. “I was shocked,” she told People, “But at the same time, I was happy because he was so cute.”
They started dating around 1997, and tied the knot two years later in 1999, at the Dempsey family home in Maine.

The Dempseys have three children together. Their firstborn, Talula Fyfe, arrived in 2002, and they had their twin boys Darby Galen and Sullivan Patrick in 2007.
Jillian and Patrick have, however, had their ups and downs. According to British media, they briefly separated in 2015, when Jillian filed for divorce. But things worked out in the end and they reunited after a few years of couples’ therapy. Now it seems like they’re stronger than ever.
