Even though she’s only 25, Taylor Swift is famous for a lot of things: her bazillion Grammy Awards, FOMO-inducing music videos, the coolest girl squad around, an ace street style game...we could go on for hours (and we have).

But most of all, Taylor is known for her always-flawless classic red lip. Makeup artist Gucci Westman introduced Taylor to her very first swipe of red lipstick during her Allure cover debut back in January 2009, and the star has been obsessed with red lips ever since. She doesn’t even forget to put it on post-workout. That’s serious dedication.

While the singer’s lip go-to has been NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Dragon Girl in the past, it looks like a new lipstick is taking up new residence in her makeup bag. Taylor told People that she “recently discovered Ruby Woo by MAC, which I think everyone knows is a staple. I was the last person to discover it.”

Indeed, Ruby Woo has been an industry cult favorite for as long as we can remember—the cherry red, velvety matte formula sells by the millions every year. It’s the inspiration behind Rihanna’s RiRi Woo lipstick collaboration with MAC Viva Glam, and it's also a TeenVogue 2014 Beauty Award winner. So it’s surprising to hear the lipstick-obsessed star is only getting her hands on the shade now. Regardless, we’re looking forward to seeing Taylor and Ruby Woo make many more stunning appearances together—and even more excited that we can steal the exact same look for just $16.
