After months of mansion shopping, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have reportedly found their family’s second new home also located on Indian Creek Island, home to the exclusive Miami neighborhood known as “Billionaire Bunker.”

Trump and Kushner have reportedly been living in a rented condo in Arte, an oceanfront high-rise tower in Surfside, Florida. But in April, the two former presidential advisors finally closed on their new home, a $24 million mansion in the luxury community, according to The Sun. They also scored the 6-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home at a million-dollar discount after it stayed on the market for half a year. The 8,510-square-foot French neo-classical home is going to need a little work, however, before they can move in as aerial photos show that the property’s pools and jacuzzi have not been drained and the patio is in a state of disrepair. The mansion, which sits on 1.26 acres, has a flat roof, large, arched windows, and a balcony, and, inside, features 26-foot domed ceilings, crystal chandeliers, and a Cinderella staircase. The home was sold by billionaire Alex Meruelo and his wife, and was also previously owned by famed Miami record producer Scott Storch.

This is Trump and Kushner’s second purchase in the uber-wealthy neighborhood. At the end of last year, they also purchased a $32.2 million vacant 2-acre plot of land previously owned by singer Julio Inglesias. The listing for the property boasted that the land features 200 feet of beachfront and is located on “one of the most exclusive and private neighborhoods in the world with its private country club and golf course, police force, and 24/7 armed boat patrol.” The 300-acre gated community has roughly 40 mansions situated around the perimeter of the island with the center left open for various club activities. Other high-profile residents include Wall Street investor Carl Icahn, former Sears CEO Edward Lampert, and Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen who moved into the neighborhood in December.
