Description
- The present invention relates to an improved structure of an eyelash brush, and more particularly to an eyelash brush that integrates a soft and hard brush and a hard comb as a whole.
- To love beauty is human nature, and thus face makeup to show the most beautiful side of a person's eyes, nose, lip and ears usually has its dedicated cosmetics. Eyes are windows of the soul, and sparkling and beautiful eyes can attract people's attention most, and thus cosmetic manufacturers provide various different tools for eye makeup. In addition to eye shadows and eye liners for the makeup of eyelids and eye lines respectively, mascara is also provided and soaked onto an eyelash brush and attached onto the eyelashes to make eyelashes bright and beautiful, so as to show the graceful curves and charms of the eyes.
- Referring to
FIG. 1 for a traditional eyelash brush, theeyelash brush 1 includes aholding portion 10, arod portion 11, ametal portion 12 and abrush 13. An end of theholding portion 10 is connected to arod portion 11, and an end of therod portion 11 is connected to aspiral metal portion 12, and the periphery of themetal portion 12 has abrush 13 for soaking mascara and combing an eyelash inside out, such that the mascara can be attached onto the eyelash to achieve the makeup effect of the eyelash. - However, the prior art still has the following drawbacks:
- 1. The metal portion of the eyelash brush is made of a metal, and thus it is relatively harder. Although the eyelashes can be brushed, but the hairs on the eyelashes may be stuck with each other and adversely affects the beautiful curve of the eyelashes.
- 2. The texture of brushes of the eyelash brush is not fine enough, and thus excessive mascara may be soaked, such that when the eyelashes are brushed, too much mascara may be attached onto the eyelash.
- 3. Since the brushes of the eyelash brush are clamped onto the metal portion, the brushes of the eyelash brush may fall off easily after a long time of use, and the eyelash brush may lose its function.
- 4. In addition, when the mascara on the eyelash brush is attached onto an eyelash as shown in
FIG. 1 , a user needs another eyelash brush of a hard comb to brush the eyelash, and thus we usually require two eyelash brushes (one with soft hairs, and the other one with a hard comb) and thus making the application very inconvenient. - In view of the aforementioned shortcomings of the prior art, we obviously need to have a novel eyelash brush to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art.
- It is a primary objective of the invention to overcome the shortcomings of the prior art by providing an eyelash brush that integrates a hard comb and a soft brush to facilitate users to apply mascara and brush the eyelashes with a beautiful curve, and prevent excessive mascara from being attached onto the eyelash or sticking the eyelash.
- Another objective of the present invention is to provide an eyelash brush having a flexible body, and the flexible body includes a soft brush integrally formed on the flexible body or the brush is formed inside out from the flexible body. The invention not only maintains the softness of the brush, but also enhances the stability of the brush and prevents brushes from falling off.
- A further objective of the present invention is to provide an eyelash brush having a soft brush and a hard comb, and the length of the soft brush and the hard comb can be changed according to the installation area to fit the change of curvature of our eyebrows.
- To achieve the foregoing objectives, the present invention provides an eyelash brush, comprising: a flexible body, having a plurality of rows of soft brushes; and a rigid body, disposed on a lateral side of the flexible body and having at least one row of hard combs.
- To achieve the foregoing objectives, the present invention further provides an eyelash brush, comprising: a flexible body, having a plurality of grooves and a plurality of rows of soft brushes, and the plurality of rows of soft brushes being formed in the plurality of grooves respectively, and a lateral side of the flexible body having a plane; and a rigid body, having a slot for accommodating an end of the flexible body, and a lateral side of the rigid body being coupled with the plane, and the rigid body having at least one row of hard combs.
- To achieve the foregoing objectives, the present invention also provides an eyelash brush, comprising: a flexible body, having a plurality of grooves and a plurality of rows of soft brushes, and the plurality of rows of soft brushes being formed in the plurality of grooves respectively, and a lateral side of the flexible body having a plane, and each row of soft brushes being further divided into a first brush area and a second brush area, and the length of brushes in the first brush area being increased progressively from a distal end, and the length of brushes in the second brush area being the same; and a rigid body, having a slot for accommodating an end of the flexible body, and a lateral side of the rigid body being coupled to the plane, and the rigid body having at least one row of hard combs, and the hard comb being further divided into a first comb and a second comb, wherein the first comb has a plurality of first comb columns, and the length of brushes of the plurality of first comb columns is increased progressively from a distal end, and the second comb has a plurality of second comb columns, and the length of each second comb column is the same.
