Since the dawn of humanity, architecture has been a fundamental expression of human culture and creativity. It provides us with shelter, forms spaces in which to live and work, and shapes the environment around us. However, it is only in the last few decades that a revolutionary new approach has begun to take shape: neuroarchitecture. She proposes that the design and organization of spaces can have a direct impact on our well-being, mental health, creativity and cognitive performance.
