I love that this roller has two options and that it’s short and portable. I’m very petite and narrow (Like I can fit in teenager clothes - and I’m a size 2 in all lululemon sizes) so this roller works really well for me if I were to use it on my back and shoulders. My husband is a lot taller (he’s 6’3) and has much wider shoulders than me and this roller isn’t enough for him (only works for his legs and hips). I wouldn’t recommend this roller if you’re a wider frame. It’s better that you get the standard size!

So good my puppy dog ate it immediately and the balls I ordered and so I now don’t have a roller again. I’m not sure I can blame Lulu lemon for this …. But if you want to entertain a puppy while you are out … ;-)

This roller provides the perfect firmness I need. I love that there's the smooth side and the rigid side whenever I need it.

This roller is fun! I bought it in black and white. It’s little and fits in with my gear. Both roller design feel relieving to my muscles! The grooves provide a good recovery massage. I bought the small one because I stack or roll one leg at a time. Its a good bolster too.
