With Oklahoma City being in the heart of tornado alley and severe storms, residents have likely witnessed their fair share of weird and ominous clouds.This Thursday, a KOCO uLocal contributor captured a very rare cloud known as a hole punch cloud over the capital city. Click the image above to see the photo of the hole punch cloud.Also known as a fallstreak hole, a hole punch cloud is often mistaken as a UFO due to its round or saucer like shape.
