Two popular COVID-19-era dining options are now permanent in Massachusetts: to-go cocktails and updated outdoor dining policies.Both are included as part of the supplemental budget which was passed Thursday by the Massachusetts Legislature. Under the now-permanent COVID-19-era laws, mixed drinks can be sold with takeout or delivery food orders in sealed containers.
